What you buy
A report on one address, for €49 incl. VAT, as a web page and PDF. The link remains valid for one year.
The plan
The plan costs €299 incl. VAT per month and includes 10 scans per month. The month runs from the day you take out the plan. A scan counts as soon as you order it; if it fails, it does not count. A scan outside the plan costs €29.90 incl. VAT.
Scans you do not use in a month roll over to the next month for as long as the plan runs. Your balance never exceeds 30 scans, including the new month’s scans: anything above that lapses.
You can cancel the plan in My plots. It then runs until the end of the month you have already paid for; any scans you have not used by then lapse.
A team
With the plan, you can form a team of 3 people, yourself included. You invite colleagues by email; once they accept, they scan from your plan and see the team’s files and reports. An extra member costs €19 incl. VAT per month.
You remain the customer: you pay for the plan, decide who is in the team and remove members. Anyone who leaves the team can no longer scan from the plan; the files and whatever the team ordered stay with the team. Anyone who has a plan of their own cannot join another team.
Promo codes
ImSight issues promo codes itself. A promo code gives you one free scan when you have an account. Each code works once, up to and including the date attached to it. ImSight may withdraw codes that have not yet been used.
Delivery and right of withdrawal
The report is produced and delivered immediately: after payment, or straight away if it is covered by the plan or a promo code. With every order, we ask for your explicit consent to that delivery; as a result, the right of withdrawal for digital content lapses as soon as delivery has begun.
Refunds
If the scan fails, we refund the full amount. A scan from the plan then does not count, and a promo code works again for as long as it is valid.
What a report is
An overview of the registers and rules that apply to the plot, based on government open data and the regulations in the Departement Omgeving register. Not a permit, not a valuation and not legal advice.
