What can you build in your municipality?

The Perceelscan works in every Flemish municipality. The registers are the same everywhere; what differs from one municipality to the next is its own set of regulations. These come from the register to which every authority must upload its plans and regulations (DSI, Departement Omgeving). You can also order a Perceelscan in the 19 Brussels municipalities. Wallonia will follow later.

By province: Antwerp, Limburg, East Flanders, Flemish Brabant, West Flanders. And the Brussels-Capital Region.

Flanders: 285 municipalities
